Refund Policy
Website build fee ($1,997, one-time)
We don’t offer cash refunds on the build fee once your website has been delivered. Instead, we stand behind the work: if you’re not happy with the initial build, we’ll revise it until you are. We don’t consider the project finished until you’re satisfied with the result.
If you cancel before we’ve started building your site (for example, immediately after checkout, before submitting your intake form), contact us at contact@getcladder.com and we’ll issue a full refund of the build fee.
Hosting & management ($150/month)
There’s no long-term contract. You can cancel your monthly hosting at any time by contacting us at contact@getcladder.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period – we don’t offer prorated refunds for partial months already paid for.
If you cancel your hosting, your website will be taken offline, since hosting and management are part of the same ongoing service.
