Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of getcladder.com and Cladder’s website-building and hosting services. By purchasing our services or using our site, you agree to these terms. Cladder is operated by MYRIEM ECH, a sole proprietorship based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Our services
Cladder builds custom websites for contractors (currently roofing and HVAC businesses) for a one-time build fee of $1,997, and provides ongoing hosting and management for $150/month. There is no long-term contract – the monthly hosting fee can be canceled at any time as described in our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for providing accurate information through our intake form, including business details, licensing information, and any content you ask us to include. You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, testimonials, or other content you provide to us, and that this content doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. The $1,997 build fee is charged at checkout. The $150/month hosting fee is billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.
Ownership and hosting
Cladder builds, hosts, and manages your website as part of one bundled service. Because the site is built and maintained on our hosting infrastructure, canceling your monthly hosting will take your website offline, as described in our Refund Policy.
Revisions and satisfaction
We revise your initial build until you’re satisfied with it, as described in our Refund Policy. Ongoing changes after launch (such as updating a phone number, adding a service, or swapping photos) are included as part of your monthly hosting and management fee.
What's not included
Our $150/month hosting and management fee covers hosting, security updates, backups, and reasonable ongoing content edits. It does not include search engine optimization (SEO) services, paid advertising management, or marketing services beyond what’s built into your initial site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Cladder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
